1. The unite can meet the wort production requirements of self- made beer bar and can complete the whole process from grinding of raw material, material feeding, saccharification, wort filtration, boiling, settling and cooling to the final oxygenation.

100L beer equipment:
The 100L beer brewery equipment is suitable for home brewing, small restaurant, dinning room, people can use the 100L mash lauter tun and the boiling kettle, mixing the barley wort by manual arms or by the motor rake, very easy to operate and waste lot of space in brewing.
The investment of the 100L beer brewery equipment is small amount, we will supply training and teaching if necessary.
200L beer brewery equipment:
The 200L beer equipment is defined as the small capacity brewery,it is very very popular for the school teaching or the barbecue restaurant and the cafe, brew pubs, hotel.
The brewhouse system are constituted with mash lauter tun, boiling kettle, hot liquid tanks.
The fermentation tanks should matched with 200L, or the 400L conical tanks.
300L beer equipment:
300L tanks is suitable for the medium scale restaurant, hotel etc, which can brewing beer for the clients in timely and in fresh supply.
There can be 300L fermentation tanks in 12 numbers, or you can prepare 600L conical ferment tanks in 6 numbers.
After we getting the wort and reduce the temperature then you can add different material at the fermentation tanks, then we can enjoy different taste of the beer style.
500L(5BBL):
The 5BBL beer brewery tanks can be heated by electric, steam or the direct fire. Depending on the buyer's situation.
The 5BBL beer brewery system can be used as a small beer factory, you can supply beer for the local beer bar, small dinning room and the little beer stands, beer gardens. But most of the buyer will install the 5BBL beer brewing equipment in the hotel, their own business restaurant etc, for the clients who have food and beer together.
800L(7BBL):
Similar with the 5BBL beer brewery equipment the 800L(7BBL) beer equipment also mostly installed at the hotel, large and luxury dinning rooms, etc. The 7BBL brew house tanks can be made by the red copper of its out tanks, of course inner tank should be SS304. The copper material is not easy for surface guard and protection, but it is sunshine in light, beautiful and luxurious, extravagant. Except the boiling kettle, beer tanks and conical fermentation tanks, also they can be added with the keg washing machines and keg filling machines, then people can sell beer by kegs.
1500L (15BBL):
The 15BBL beer brewery equipment is usually used for the commercial beer supplier. Except the beer brewing equipment from miller, plate heat exchanger, mash lauter tun, boiling kettle and the fermentation tanks, bright beer tanks, also they need the keg washing and keg filling machines for beer business. We need confirm every electrical appliance voltage according to the buyer; local voltage condition, Europe and North America is 220V, 3Phase, China Russian will be 380V 3Phase but Indian will be much higher voltage in 415V 3phase. It is very important and serious item before the production.
2000L brew house:
It is large beer brewery equipment, the whole system will need a much larger construction area.
The 2000L beer tanks material of stainless steel will be more thick than the smaller tanks, which is very important for ensure the tanks service life. Buyer need prepare a building with enough space. The 2000L beer brewery equipment we sent to USA very much, they brewing beer for sale. We will arrange the brewer and engineer to your city for the whole system connection and equipment assembly.
As about the steam boiler, if you choose the steam heating, you can buy the steam boiler from your local market. It is convenient install and after-sale service guarantee.
