This set of equipment's introduction as follows:
2.1 Crush system :300kg/h
2.2 Saccharification System :3-vessel mashing combination,include mash tun,boiling tank,filter tank,whirlpool tank,and work platform.Gross capacity: 660L, Useful capacity: 500L. Inner(SUS304)thickness: 3.0mm; *External(copper) thickness: 3.0mm.
2.3 Fermentation System : Fermenting system is consist of fermentation tank,Yeast storage tank,Ice water electromagnetic valve, Safety valve, Pressure gauge, Beer tube, Temperature probe, Temperature transmitter shell, Refrigerant piping, and valves and so on.Gross capacity: 1400L,Useful capacity: 1000L. Inner(SUS304)thickness: 3.0mm; *External(SUS 304) thickness: 2.0mm.
2.4 Refrigerating System: Ice Water Tank and Refrigerating unit
2.5 Cleaning System: Cleaning System is consist of Disinfection tank, Alkali tank, Aseptic water tank, Cleaning pump and so on.
2.6ControlSystem:semiautomatic control,control the whole set of equipment
