Usually we use the water, malt , yeast and hops as the raw material, but there are more kinds new delicious beer : orange, ginger...
Also, different fermenting time makes the different taste.
How to operate this equipment?
Feeding to the mash tun ,the boiling pot offer the hot water for the mash tun ,to gradually heating up, then filtering finally through the pump to the whirlpool, through the heat exchanger to let the temperature down
As it only has one mash/kettle tank, how it can do the lauter work?
This system is sprage manually at the end of mash,there is a filter plate inside of mash tun and it is removable. So the waste malt after mashed can be discharged out by manually
How to control the temperature?
The mash tun temperature controlled by manually, you should turn on and turn off the heating rod when you get the temperature you needed. And the temperature of fermentation tanks can be controlled by automatically
How refrigeration?
This 50L beer brewing system with refrigerating system with ice water tank and chiller you just need to put the water into the ice water tank without every time, and the chiller will works for ice water tank to cool down the water put water and glycol into the ice water tank
