Mash System 

The mash system is one important component for micro brewery equipment for sale/ beer equipment, it is made of stainless steel,with copper or golden surface.The system can be composed with two,three,four or five tanks(vessels).It can be heated by steam,natural gas or electricity,etc.

Fermentation tank

Shunlong Brewing Operations supplies fermenters, brite tanks and single wall serving tanks ranging in capacity from 1 barrel to 150 barrels. Custom sizing of tanks to fit a space is common and no additional charge in most cases. Our quality standard begins with top shelf raw materials, continues with excellent workmanship and ends with rigorous testing. Shunlong has installed tanks from coast-to- coast and passes the careful structural engineering scrutiny in seismically active areas. Standard features of our tanks are listed below:

• #4 Sanitary brite polish SS exterior finish with 2b interior finish
• Operating pressure up to 30psi
• Reinforced stainless steel legs with adjustable height for leveling
• Side and cone, or bottom cooling jackets (single wall tanks excluded)
• Sintered stainless steel carbonation stone assembly (optional on fermenters)
• Liquid level sight glass in stainless steel housing (brite tanks only)
• 1.5″ Tri-clover sanitary fittings
• Perlick style sample valve
