Main components:

Mash system:The mash system is one important component for micro beer brewing equipment,it is made of stainless steel,with copper or golden surface.The system can be composed with two,three,four or five tanks(vessels).It can be heated by steam,natural gas or electricity,etc.

The capacity of micro beer brewing equipment/craft beer brewing equipment is 1bbl~300bbl,we can also produce by our customer's requirement. 

Fermentation system: liner are of international standards of quality 304 stainless steel material,high-pressure polyurethane foam insulation,the jacket in accordance with customer requirements,can be polished stainless steel,matt,carbon,the form of spraying.

The application of international standardized fermented beer production technology,a wide range of temperature control application technology ,mirror polishing inside the tank,up to ≤0.8µm≤0.6µm≤0.2µm polishing quality standards ,fully meet the PLG automatic cleaning and disinfection of the controlled system requirements.

Bright beer tank:Certified stainless steel material.Sanitary construction with 100% TIG welded joints and seams with sanitary interior polish.All tanks and jackets insulated and pressure tested to 2 times operating pressure.

Dish head/Cylinder/60ºC cone bottom(can be adjusted)/shell jacket(one or two sections)/bottom jacket/ insulation both on shell and bottom/ with adjustables legs)

Connections:PVRV/CO2 outlet/glycol inlet and outlet/Pt100 interface/sample valve/side manhole/CIP interface/ wort inlet and yeast outlet/elbow beer outlet/dry hops dosing(filling)pipe.
