About Vertical lathe
Vertical lathe generally has two types
- single column Vertical lathe type
- double column Vertical lathe type.
Small type vertical lathe generally be made into single column Vertical lathe, and large type vertical lathe into double column Vertical lathe.
main characteristic of Vertical lathe structure : the main shaft be in a vertical position and the table in the plane position, making workpiece installation &adjustment more convenient.
Table be supported by rail making machine has good rigid and cutting smoothly. There are more than one knife rest, so knife can be quickly changed .
vertical lathe machining accuracy can reach IT9 - IT8, workpiece surface roughness Ra can reach 3.2-1.6 um.

1.Single column CNC mobile series vertical lathe be designed by our factory on advanced lathe technology and experience domestic and foreign,which combined mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and computer into integration machine tools.
2.The product is suitable for Rough or finished turning processing on the Inside and outside cylndrical surface,conical surface,end face,screw thread , Arc surface and other Complex curved surface made by many kinds of materials such as black metal,non-ferrous metal and Some non-metallic materials.
3.The workbench base, slider base and pillar all adopt the LFF whole casting and hot symmetric structure. The spindle centring by double row short cylindrical roller bearing with high precision adjustable radial clearance. Axial adopt the constant current & static pressure guide rail, insure products possess high machining accuracy, high carrying capacity, and smallest thermal deformation superiority.
4.The main transmission system drived by dc speed control motor, through two shifting speed organization and then realize the Speed adjustment of workbench.
5.The products are divided into two kinds, regular type and numerical control type. All the configuration are of the domestic and international advanced functional parts. Users can make freedom choice of The numerical control system by brand of Siemens, funuc, dalian GuangYang according their needs.
