Swing sieve-- structure principle:

1.The basic cyclotron motion is similar to that of the artificial sieve. Eccentricity from 25 to 40 mm is adjustable, and the speed V belt is adjustable from 120 to 360 rpm. 

2.The residence time of each product can be adjusted by the radial direction and the tangential angle of the swinging screen.

3.The material in the sieve surface formation level and throwing three cone tumbling motion, from the center to the edge in the sieve surface is uniformly dispersed, to in a spiral motion to the axial propagation. Tiny particles thus completing the whole screening process. 

4.Horizontal and vertical acceleration with the movement of the material increases, close to the screen hole size of the particles with the successful separation; Larger particles movement at the exit, the exit has an adjustable guide control flow, which leads to device is to control the material residence time of another factor. 5.The process is repeated between each sieve layer.

 A: Material bulk density, mesh size(length & angle for conveying series) & ideal capacity for proper type, granularity distribution is recommended. product material requirement (carbon steel Q235A, stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316,etc.) Voltage & Frequency(Hz) is also needed for a precise quotation.
