Smoke oven
It is the necessary equipment for the meat processing. It can cook various types of sausage, ham sausage,dry sausage,barbecue and other fish. It is easy to operate and convinenet to use.
1, it adopts the man-machine interface and PLC automatic control. It is very easy and convinent to use.
2, it have the following functions:steam heating, hot air( drying or baking), smoked and exhausting.
3, According to clients’ requirements, it can be used with other equipments to achieve a varity processing techiniques and it can store 99 procedures and convinent to use.
4, It adopts steam heating and suitable for boiler and steam generater.
5, It is double stainless steel and in the ultra thick sandwish, there is keep temperature material. It can save enegy.
6,All technological parameter (time,temperature) are displayed and controlled by human-computer display to ensure accurete and correct.
7, There is a automatic alarm function if there is something wrong in the working process.
8, There are four temperature-check points.
The structure introduction
The equipment is made up by four systems: furnace body, heating system,wind cycle system, electricity control system.
1, the furnace body: it is made of stainless steel which can anti-corrosion. Hanging the food on the cart and take into furnace body, then it can be steamed and boiled as designed technological system.
2, Steaming part: there is a automatically generating steam system whcih can directly heating products. It can be adjusted based on the products. The casting pressure can not beyond 0.08mpa.
3, Wind circulation system: there is a double electricity fan on the top of the oven. High power and large air flow can ensure the furnce heating up, make the temperature uniform throughout and guarantee the quality of products.
4, Electrial controll system adopts the advanced man-machine interface and programmable controller. It is automatic control and monitor the process. It is good operation and easy operateing. There are 99 pieces of different intelligent control system. Through the man-machine interface, we can understand each processing step. And we can know the set value and actual value by the display. It can display the relative humidity (%), the temperature in the cabinet (°C), the processing time (minutes), procedures and steps, error information.

Pre-sales: Based on customer’s requirement: capacity, local voltage, workshop, our engineer design and make the equipment list for customer. We will design the production process including all details such as water supply, electricity source, steam and so on for customers. All material is SUS304 and in best quality. Before delivery, the final customer can come to test.
Sales: All machines are manufactured based on the contract and drawing. After receiving all payment, we will arrange to make delivery in shortest time. All machines for exporting are packed in wood package. We will send installing instruction together with machines.
After-sales service: After machines reach buyer’s workshop, we will arrange the engineers to install. We will supply whole-life service. The quality guarantee is one year.
