1. Meat cutting machine
It is used to cut frozen meat of -18 degree into slices
Made of SUS304
Capacity: 2-4t/day

2. Meat grinding machine
It is made of stainless steel SUS304
Can grind the frozen meat slices into meat butter;
It can be used for frozen meat
3. Meat mixing machine
It is SUS304
Equipped with speed frequency control system which can be automatic discharging

The speed can be adjusted.
5. Shape forming water tank
It is heated by steam inside of the machine; Water temperature is controlled by adjusting the steam volume through high temperature and high pressure valve;
Water flow is formed by the water pump and it makes meat ball flow to the end of the water tank and the speed is controlled by adjusting water speed valve.
6. Boiling tank
It is heated by steam inside of the machine; Water temperature is controlled by adjusting the steam volume through high temperature and high pressure valve;
Water flow is formed by the plates over the machine;
The boiling time can be adjusted by adjusting the sped of boards.
7. Cooling tank
To cool the meat ball after boiling line and convey it to freezer; Continuously feeding in new low-temperature water and flow out high –temperature water from the cooling tank.

Pre-sales: Based on customer’s requirement: capacity, local voltage, workshop, our engineer design and make the equipment list for customer. We will design the production process including all details such as water supply, electricity source, steam and so on for customers. All material is SUS304 and in best quality. Before delivery, the final customer can come to test.
Sales: All machines are manufactured based on the contract and drawing. After receiving all payment, we will arrange to make delivery in shortest time. All machines for exporting are packed in wood package. We will send installing instruction together with machines.
After-sales service: After machines reach buyer’s workshop, we will arrange the engineers to install. We will supply whole-life service. The quality guarantee is one year.
