Model Vacuum X-Ray Tube processor is a complete system for the processing and filling of new and refilled high-power tubes such as those for X-ray and CAT scan machines, high voltage generators and spherical tubes. It's mainly to do vacuum dry, vacuum oil filling, maintenance, purification of insulation oil, reservation of oil and so on.
Mainly with following available functions include:
· High-vacuum degasification, dehydration and filtration of dielectric fluid for oil-filled tubes.
· Total acid number reduction of the oil with use of an optional fuller's earth filter.
· Vacuum storage of processed fluid to prevent recontamination through exposure to air.
· Vacuum pull-down and leak-up testing of the tube.
· High-vacuum evacuation of the tube prior to filling.
· Flush or trickle-fill of the tube with processed dielectric fluid.
· Do the maintenance for the x ray tube, high generators and x ray monoblock.
