At present, most of high-voltage generators from these equipments adopt the current oil-immersed insulation method. Because their importance and required precision that they are subject to regular maintenance and testing. When the element or insulation oil are damp, the machine will not work properly. The traditional and Customary method is to pull down the element and bake it to be dry by use of oven, then replace with new oil or filtrate the oil to be qualified one. However, when high-voltage generators and the spherical tubes are seriously damp that this traditional and customary oven baking approach have failed to achieve satisfactory results.
