- 1. THE STRUCTURE OF THE MACHINE
Welded steel plate, the frame consists of right and left wall boards, working table, oil box, groove steel and etc. The stress of the parts have been eliminated by vibration. The machine enjoys high accuracy and high strength and good rigidity.
- 2. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
It is a complete electrolyte servo synchro CNC controlled press brake.
It adopts the most world advanced electrolyte servo system which is produced by Bosch company from Germany. The hydraulic force is very reasonably designed and also easy for installation.It minimizes the quantities of oil passages and connectings in which way the reliability and safety can be guaranteed.
- 3. MECHANICAL SYSTEM
(1)It adopts the electolyte synchro control system whose acuracy is very high. There are two light rulers installed at the two ends of the slide, this can make the slide movement be parallel to the working table.
(2) It adopts the working table compensation structure in which way the accuracy can be improved.
(3)The positioning accuracy of the CNC servo motor of the back gauge is very high.
- 4. SYNCHRO CONTROL SYSTEM
This machine adopts the electrolyte servo system whose accuracy is very high.Two light rulers (Y1-Y2) have been installed at the two sides of the machine to measure the exact distances between the slide two ends and the working table. The rulers are connected with the working table. In this way the wallboard deformation will not affect the slide positioning accuracy.The position data will be delivered to the CNC system and then it can check out the servo valve control signal (S2-S2).
1. 5. THE DEVIATION RESISTANCE ABILITY OF THE MACHINE
The elctrolyte servo system of this machine is an inner closing ring control system.It can check out the synchro discrepancies of the slide by the movement of the light ruler.And the elctrolyte servo valve can correct the slide discrepancies. This can make the slide always be parallel to the working table.
1. 6.THE ACCURACY OF THE MACHINE
X-axle, the repeated positioning accuracy is: +-0.1mm;
Y-axle, the repeated positioning accuracy is :+-0.01mm.
Y-axle, the parallel accuracy is:+-0.02MM.

(1)CYLINDER: no. 45# steel treated, the inside holes fine machined and rolled and ground
(2)VALVE RODS: NO.45# steel treated,nickell and phosphorous coated on outside.
