Application:
This machine is suitable for laminating plastic-plastic, paper-plastic, paper-paper and aluminum foils and other laminated materials in the packing industry.
Performance and Features:
1.The glue coating and laminating motor adopts double variable frequency synchronous speed regulating to replace the old shaft driving transmission structure.
2. Smooth material feeding and synchronous linear speed ensure stretching of the base material.
3.The bridge-type three-segment drying tunnel heating with three section automatic temperature control.
4. Gluing and laminating adopt pneumatic pressing rollers.
5. The two kinds of doctor blade type and pressing-type gluing ways can be chosen at will according to different processes.
6 Unwinding and Rewinding adopts magnet power tension control.
7. The interlocking and subsection temperature control system can control temperature at the best state.
8. urret typeunwinding station with EPC system.non stop roller change.
9. Turret type rewinding station with EPC system.non stop roller change.
10. Equipped with auto tension system for the whole machine
