Specifications
The Laminating machine is applied to laminating various roll materials like plastic film(BOPP,PET, CPE,PVC,PE,CPP etc.),GF-B Laminating Machine
1.The first and the second unwinding equipment(upside unwinding equipment and underside unwinding equipment: upside one is used exclusively for laminating aluminum foil) and rewinding equipment all adopts air-expansion shaft, assuring fast replacement, evenly supporting force and accurate centering.
2.The first unwinding equipment adopts automatic dual-photoelectricity tracking rectification system to assure the unwinding edge smooth and tidy.
3.The tension of the unwinding and rewinding equipment is controlled by magnetic powder clutch respectively.
4.Quantitative transferred glue spreading by mesh roller; pneumatic pressure rubber roller; pressure back pressure doctor, separate motor controls doctor’s horizontal movement.
5.Mesh roller is driven by a separate motor, synchronous with the master motor by frequency conversion timing.
6.The heat-conducting oil in the laminating steel roller is heated up to make the roller surface heat evenly and save power as well.
7.Glue spreading pressure rubber roller and laminating pressure rubber roller are controlled pneumatically, pressure adjustable.
8.The total length of the oven is 7.5 m; Inside oven, bearing rollers shaped in arch.
9.The oven is divided into three segments. The temperature of every segment is controlled independently, pressure adjustable.
