Pellet mill roller shell is our main product, we manufacture roller shell more than 15 years, export to over 50 countries, with our own brand "bobshell".

Our roller shells enjoy high abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance, which make sure roller shells get long service life.

We use high quality bearing steel, alloy steel and carbon steel (for customers to choose) to make  roller shell, and its hardness can reach HRC 58-62 after heat treatment.The hardening depth is more than 6mm (for bearing & carbon steel roller shell) and 2.7mm (for alloy steel roller shell).

The roller shell types we can make are as follows: open corrugated(open slotted), closed corrugated (closed slotted), dimpled,fish scale, oblique-shaped groove, arc-shaped groove,; etc.
