PML model permanent magnetic lifters
Features of PML model permanent magnetic lifters:
1. Nd-Fe-B Magnet as core component, smaller size, stronger lifting force and lasting magnetic force.
2. High safety factor up to 3.5 times pulling-out force than rated lifting.
3. V style design at the bottom of lifter, can lift opposite round steel or steel board.
4. Easy to use and free to power.
5. Optimized magnetic circuit design makes residual magnetism almost zero.
6. Professional appearance design makes product more attractive.
Usage of PML model permanent magnetic lifters:
Widely use for lifting flat mechanical parts and steel, and in some mechanical manufacturing industries, such as machine-building plant, machining center, shipping building industry, etc.
Quality assurance for PML model permanent magnetic lifters:
1. Magnet: four year warranty under normal usage. (magnetism will loss or even disappear under more than 70℃ and severe crash)
2. Other parts: four year warranty under normal usage.
3. It is packed in wooden box package.

1.Are you Trading or Factory?
We are factory, with more than 15 year production history in hoisting line.
2.When Can I get the quotation?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
3.How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you need the samples, you need pay the express fee, but it will be refundable after order confirmation when your products amount is more than USD10,000.
4.What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
1. Lifting capacity.
2. Lifting height(hook center to ground).
3. Power supply: Voltage.
4. Span(rail center to rail center).
5. Working condition: which material to lift? temprature?
6. Would be better if you have drawings of your plant.
5.What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and specification and the season you place the order.
About 10-20days will be finished. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
6.What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW,FOB,CFR,CIF, etc. you can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
7.Which payment terms will you receive?
T/T, L/C, Western Union, etc.
8.How about your quality control before shipment?
All products will have been strictly quality checked and tested in house before packing.
All products will be well packed before shipping .
9.How long is the warranty?
The whole machine of all our products have 12 months warranty, and we sure the product will be free from maintenance within warranty period.
Low charge for continue maintenance when warranty is expired.
