This is clear fused quartz glass tube available as continuous machine drawn and automatic controlled tubing.Transmittance of visible light >90%.This glass has the typical characteristic of high purity,good spectral transmission ,well controlled dimension and lower OH and so on.It serves as the first choice of heat resistant material for halogen lamps,mercury lamps ,metal halid lamps and other quartz lamps,
This glass can be supplioed in the range of 1.5-300 mm outside diameter ,0.3-15mm wall thicKness and 10-6000mm length.OH-content can be controlIed within 20ppm15ppm10ppm5ppm2ppm according to the requirement of customers.Exhaust tubes with good CPK are suitable for high-speed streamline production.
Note: Further processing of trim cutting ,fire polishing,bending and pinching and etc.can be done according to the requirement of customers.
