Feature Performance

1. The most energy-efficient VSD screw air compressor, supply with constant pressure air and customer required air volume by automatically adjust the motor speed.

2. High capacity and top performance frequency converter with vector, designed with working temperature of 60°C and continuous overload rating up to 150%, apply to high speed response without any abnormal stoppage.

3. Full performance and broad adjustment of pressure and flow. Make the continuous low-speed frequency up to 10HZ and high-speed to 70HZ by the specialized VSD main-motor, Enhance the compressor performance over to 30%, Set up the pressure randomly within 5-13Bar, 100% use the air volume under the required pressure, to achieve the best Imput Power to Air Volume.

4. Control the pressure fluctuation within 0.1bar by the specialized controller with PID calculator and precisely adjusted VSD parameters, to supply with constant pressure with customer required air volume.

5. Contant pressure and economical ON/OFF control mode.

6. Our owned patent technology of Four-stage oil-gas dissociation system to secure the extremely low residual oil which is lower than 2PPM.
