Working pressure range from 5 Bar(72.5PSI) to 13Bar(188.5PSI).
The main characteristic of our screw air compressor as follows:
1. Our owned patent technology of Four-stage oil-gas dissociation system to secure the extremely low residual oil which is lower than 2PPM.
2. Originally imported from German ROTORCOMP or GHH-RAND air end or rotor to guarantee the reliablity and high efficiency.
3. Sensitive and reliable air intake controling system with originally imported check valve & butterfly inlet valve to prevent from stoping and vomitting oil.
4. Originally imported MANN+HUMMEL Air Filter, Oil Filter, and Oil-Air Separator to ensure the purity of oil and air, lowest loss of pressure, longer service time and maintenance interval.
5. DDR Multi-blade Centrifugal Fan with Higher efficiency, low power and noise, G2.5 vibration grade, high quality fan blade, ABB-tech for the motor with class-F insulation.
6. The fifth generation 2-line LCD digital intelligent control system of PLC with the protective function for oil less, high temperature and over-loading, maintenance reminder or prompting, RS485 messaging interface, meeted with several sets machine to work together.
7. EFF1 high performance special-made motor for screw air machine with Class-F insulation, SF coefficient up to 1.15, and SFK bearing with low noise, it will not burn down even if long-time over-loading.
