Double toothed roll crusher has two wear resistant toothed roll, the two rolls rotate relatively to squeeze and extrude the materials. The material of the tooth ring is high manganese steel, very durable. And there are many kinds of teeth roll such as wolf gear,ring gear,straight gear,large gear and so on. This crusher is fit for less powder,more granules coarse crushing and medium crushing requirement. Tooth roller crusher is designed to improve crushing efficiency, increase production capacity, saving more energy, make crushing operation more easy.

Double toothed roll crusher has two wear-resistant tooth rolls.The two rollers turn relative together to make high pressure to crush the material.
Firstly, feed the material is into the space between the two rolls,suffered both extrusion and shear force. Second, while the crusher rolling, cutting and grinding, the stone is crushed into the required size. Finally, the output product be sent out by the transport equipment.
