Application
This tooth roller crusher can crush various hard and soft stone and ores: quartzite, granite, basalt, iron ore, gold ore, copper ore, coal, limestone, phosphorus ore, and so on.
1- output granula 0.1mm -- 10mm, more granula, less waste powders,
2- the compression strength is < 300Mpa, very good at crushing hard stone and ores,
3- the material moisture is < 35%,

There are two types of roller surface for the crusher: welding roller surface, manganese alloy smooth roller surface.
Working principle of Four Teethed Roller Crusher
Put the material into the clearance between the top two rollers from the inlet on the top of the crusher. The top two rollers rotate in different direction to put the material into the gap between the rollers, and crush them. After rollers extrusion, squeeze, the material fall into the clearance of the below two rollers, and be crushed again. Through two-stage crushing, the material will fall into the discharge chute.
