Introduction of clinker impact crusher
Impact crusher is widely used in highway, railway, construction industries. Impact crusher is applicable to crushing hard and medium hard(compressive strength less than 350MPa) materials, especially used to make coarse and fine crushign operations, usuallt suitable to crush granite, basalt, iron ore, manganese ore, limestone, asphalt, concrete, gold ore, concrete,etc.

Clinker impact crusher working principle
The impact crusher is a general crushing equipment which uses impact force to break material. While
working, driven by the motor, the rotor make high-speed rotatation. When material was fed into the
board hammer area, firstly hit by the rotor, then the material rebound to the impact lining board, thirdly
rebound to the board hammer again, and tis precess will be repeated many times. Material in the
crushing chamber go through three impact zone, till the material is broken to the adjusted granularity,
they will be discharged from the material outlet. After many times of imapct, the materials has good
particle shape.
