How to produce a toothbrush?
A toothbrush include hair and handle.
1.Handle part
The handle is made by Horizontal injection press with moulds, If the handle has some rubber, then you need another Vertical injection molding machine to make the rubber injection.Please noted the finished handle has holes, not need to drill.
2.Hair
You can buy the hair in the market, if you buy hair in bundles, then you need a hydraulic
cut knife to cut them in the length which you need;
3.Tufting Machine
You need to buy a toothbrush tufting machine to tuft the hairs in the handles.
4.Trimming and Grinding Machine
If your toothbrushes in used in daily life, not one-off in hotel, you need to use the trimming and grindling machine to make the hair to be soft and same height.
5.Packing machine
At last you need a high frequency heat seal machine to pack toothbrush in plastic bags.
