2.This machine can produce many different kinds of brushes or brooms which have different filling angles, by      changing specific platform

3. Bored with three high speed drilling head: hole diameter from 3.0mm up to 6.0mm,and tufting tools from min. 3.0mm up to 6.0mm

4.Hair by: round nails or flat nails.

5.Three kinds of the optional platform type:

  1), platform for radial, parallel and radial/parallel tufted brushes.

  2), platform for bowl brushes and semi-spherical brushes (such as toilet brushes and “Swedish style” dish-washing brushes)

  3), platform or rollers and hair brushes

6.PLC and touch panel control system of man-machine, Chinese and English display, simple to understand.
