1.Brief introduction
XP-B type of bottle washer mainly consists of inner brusher (main body), out- brusher (auxiliary device) and steeper. Main body of this machine drives two sets of dialing wheel, which moves intermittently, to feed bottles and wash inner surface of bottles. At the same time, auxiliary device washes outside surface of bottles with its five brushes, which arranges in positive and negative directions.
This type of machine has advantages of more safety in operation, easy in maintenance, high efficiency and lower labor intensity. It has been proved that bottle broken rate is less then 0.2%. So it is ideal equipment for beverage or beer factory.
