Manhole cover is a kind of composite material with regenerated resin for the sewerWe can also supply various kinds of composite material with regenerated resin as customers' drawings and specifications instead of ductile iron and grey iron
castings, such as gullet grate, leak and drainer.
Brief introduction:
The product is cast by mould, with composite material of regenerated resin. Compared
with the similar products with cement or steel, it has better capability of anti
impact and anti causticity, and more light in weight for easy handle, and can be
in different colors. The material is no use for 2nd time, and no one will steal it.
It is widely used in the checking well of cables, waist water, electrics, gases
pipes underground.
Manhole Cover Features:
1) Against theft: the material is no use for 2nd time, thus no one will steal it
2) Endurable, anti rust, anti aging, with more lifespan
3) With more loading capacity, it has strength as steel products, but more tenacity,
it will not brake into pieces
4) Suitable for any temperature (put it into oven at 60 centigrade for 16 hours,
and then put it into cold storage at -40 centigrade for 2 hours, the features of
it will not change)
5) Less noise when cars or trucks go by
6) Colorful, it can be in different colors
Test reports:
1) Temperature endurance: put sample into oven at 60 centigrade for 16 hours,
and then put it into cold storage at -40 centigrade for 2 hours, the result is:
expand rate <0.2%; shrink rate<0.09%
2) Anti causticity: under usual temperature, put it into liquid with rust material
for 2 hours, the result is: no chap, no expand, no blanch on surface
3) Friction modulus: grit the lid with its base directly for 5 hours, the modulus
is >0.35
4) Anti aging: put it into a temperature and wet equipment, and use xenon light
at 60°C ± >5°C and rain for 500 hours, its anti refraction strength is >3
