structure:
This device is composed by the following parts:
(1) plastic chain network; installed in the drive and driven shaft of the drive sprocket; rail axis between the two products and support chain network; supporting the return of roller chain network; for bottles and bottle discharge conveyor with chain transition plate internetwork; mounted to prevent the product from falling bottle guard railings on both sides of the conveyor belt.
(2) transmission chain network: network transmission chain is used to transport bottles available, with links and long pin assembly assembled, which links not only with the transfer of the bottle, but as a whole chain network carrying the support point.
(3) out of the bottle structure: from the bottle after bottle-feeding with input by the transition plate into the body, connected to the transition plate and into the bottle conveyor chain and the main drive chain network, the same as the structure of the bottle into the bottle structure.
