B. Composed Devices
This wagon is used for the movements and lifting of coils.
Lifting cylinder: 200×700mm, moving cylinder: 100×2500mm.

Coil I.D:508mm—610mm, two-step pattern
Bottom-stand is driven by oil cylinder.
A pair work symmentrically. Hydraulic running, the double shaft will centering coil center and expande the uncoiler shaft to load the coil.
- Hydraulic guiding-head, shovel-head
This is composed of gantry frame stand, hydraulic pressing and guiding arm, hydraulic coil opener, hydraulic shovel-head device and balancing device, accompany of seam needle decelerating motor: 5.5kw, chain, sprocket wheel, etc. Guiding head will press the coil loaded on uncoiler and start motor to deliver to hydraulic pincher device.
- Hydraulic feeding machine
This is composed of frame, housing, squareness slide, pinch rollers(2pcs), the lifting and pressing device for pinch roller is driven by oil cylinder, accompany of clutch, decelerator350, speed adjustable motor: 5.5KW
- Hydraulic magazine bridge
This is composed of frame, moveable bridge, rolling orbit, hydraulic cylinder, etc.
- Guiding (steering) device
This is composed of worktable frame, guiding pole, adjustment device, moveable plane plate and clutch with multiroller, etc.
Its function is to centering the pinched and pre-flattened plate to the center of slitting machine, in order to prevent the plates from shifting.

- Tension pad and separator

- Recoiler device
