Introduction
1. Insulating Glass Silicone Rubber Extruder Machinery, main and auxiliary motor adopt international advanced technology, stable power, large sealant output.
2. Polysulfide Sealant Sealing Machine for Insulating Glass adopt filtering device, the system is also equipped with a protection device for overloading, which makes it to be more safety for operation. The machine’s curing agent system is fully closed, which can prevent the agent from exposing to air and getting solidified.
3. The A and B glue pumps and proportional pump’s high pressure valve are made of special leak-free alloy. The special and convenient mix device ensure the high precise mixture performance. Ensure to the ratio requirement for making curtain wall and double glass.
4. The mixing system adopt precision stainless steel mixer, mix mandrel, and the unique structure of one-way needle valve, the mixed more evenly. The special material with elasticity is used to make the dispensing nozzle, the production of insulating glass is more convenient, simple and elegant.
