Introduction
press machine
1. LWZ2200 Vertical Double Tempering Glass Production Line adopt to advanced technology from south korea.
2. PLC PANASOIC, PANASONIC transducer, WENVIEW monitor from Taiwan, sensor AUTONICS Made in South Korea. The main electric parts can running more than 50,000,000 times.its automatic running realize transportation,speed up-press glass (outside&inside)press machine-two or three pieces of glass & different sizes of glass.it adjust the size of different glass by servo motor, it is high auto and more exact running.
3. The press part can open and go side to install and maintain the machine.the front box is vaccum,the back box is pneumatic driving.It can deal with two or three pieces of glass and curtain walls.
4. when press,it is control by mechanical hand ( mechanical position & suck part from Taiwan),all this make the press right position will not dislocation.
5. when pressing glass outside the press part,human can manually repair to improve production efficiency and no dislocation.
6. vaccum generator for suck from Taiwan make sure no dislocation.
7. three step speed up 50m/min + waiting part,high production efficiently.
washing machine
1.The washing part was welding by stainless steel,it is high strength and shape will not change ;the top parts made from 5 mm thick stainless steel; the bottom is made from 5mm thick stainless steel,the lateral is made from 2mm thick stainless steel.
2.OMRON recgonization system for low-E glass, it can auto recognition the coating side of the low-E glass.if it is Low-E glass,the hard brushes will apert avoid damaging the coating of glass.
3.Two pairs of Low-E brushes,one pair common brush.The diameter is 180 mm,four sprayer.Glass washing speed is about 10-12 m per minute.
4.The sping is stainless steel and can adjust 3-20 mm for different thickness of glass.
5.All part contact water include the axle in the washing machine is stainless steel,copper or waterproof aluminum,nylon and so on, it will not rust for long time running,and easy to maintain.
6.Gear driving system take chain reaction so it will not leave the original positon after long time runnning.
7.Two sets of air knife and two sets of sponge rollers, improved the glass cleaing drying speed. The dry part frame is stainless steel wil not dirty the glass second time.
8.The circle hot wind down the noice come from the machine( in winter the hot wind temperature can reach 40 even no heating).
9.The stainless steel water tank+china top brand Guangdong Lingxiao stainless steel motor+water filter,to keep the water clean and no second time pollution.
