Introduction

This machine adopt three step brush cleaning, recycled water, and recycled hot wind, the user can select.
Feed system adopt gear transmission, stable and reliable.
The unique design of high pressure spray system, can adjust the angle.(before input the cleaing part, the spray system will clean the small shards of glass). The water tank have water heating system.
Cleaning & Drying Part: three pairs of brushes (according to the thickness of glass, the brushes can adjust up/ down with digital display). Two set of air knifes(one straight and one oblique) make the cleanliness and dryness better.
Transmission system adopts stepless speed change.
The transmission shafts for cleaning part and brushes install of vertical bearing. The height between pressing roll and brush can adjustable.
Three water tanks.
The distance between brush and plane can adjustable.
