1. All machines of Shanghai Taoshan have a warranted period of 12 months from the date of supply against any manufacturing defects.
2. Shanghai Taoshan provides Operation Manual in English for all of the machines that supplied by us. So customers can install and operate by themselves. If needed, our machine technician can go to customer’s place on chargeable basis. Our technician also can train machine operators at customer’s place to operate and troubleshoot problems. Later they will be able to manage everything without any problem. And our customers can get help from us at any time in any of the following manners:
1) Send email to Shanghai Taoshan to get solution by email;
2) Call Shanghai Taoshan to get telephonic advise;
3) Use live video, audio to contact Shanghai Taoshan to get online help;
4) Invite technician of Shanghai Taoshan to visit customer’s place for troubleshooting.
After Sales Service
The above machine which we supply it to you, we can give you one years after sales warranty, we can also send our engineer to you factory to install this equipment and train your staff, but the Buyer should pay the round air ticket cost and arrange the hotel accommodation as well as the means for Seller’s engineer. We will send some free set of spare parts for you change it.
Payment terms:
30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment. but we also accept L/C.
