Q1. How does it work if I have different size of tubes?

A1. If the tubes are in same diameter but differnt height, nothing nee to be changed. it can be finished with the same machine. If the tubes are with different diameters, you should buy another sets of mould and tube positioners for replacing the tubes.

Q2. The Stainless steel machine are rusted?

A2. Our machine stainless steel will not be rusted, the reason you can see it because some of the part(not touch with products) is sus316L, cause it is strongger then stainless steel, in order to keep machine running stead.

Q3. What about the machine main electri parts are broken under your guarantee?

A3. We send you a new one to replace right after we confirm the reason, and the DHL or TNT fee is cover by us.

After Sales Service

The above machine which we supply it to you, we can give you one years after sales warranty, we can also send our engineer to you factory to install this equipment and train your staff, but the Buyer should pay the round air ticket cost and arrange the hotel accommodation as well as the means for Seller’s engineer. We will send some free set of spare parts for you change it.

Payment terms:

30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment. but we also accept L/C.
