High efficiency testing device box-type automatic sampler
Intelligent NC Sampling machine is a new type of automatic sampling equipment, utility model patents (Patent No.: ZL03206832.8). This is the new model developed on the use of a variety of sampling characteristics.
The machine is divided into two parts:
the part and control and the part of sampling.

1. Using PLC programmable logic controller, sampling machine under management procedures set by automatic sampling, remove the effect of human factors. Control system is reliable and stable.
2. Using inverter control technology to facilitate accurate adjustment of the sampling so the operation more flexibility and convenience.
3. Run single trip, double sampling period is shortened, from the sample more representative.
4. Sampling of the mechanical system is maintenance-free design, it can long-term operation under the conditions of maintenance-free and not blocked by used fuse, detonating pipe network, as well as bags and other debris plug wire, not drip.
5. Sampling barrels own a locking device, take samples can be a reliable storage.
The design uses a non-contact control, and a comprehensive protection circuit, and fundamentally solve the previous sampling machine control circuit of electrical components caused by repeated movements poor contact, the normal sampling equipment or burn motor problems. Sampling of the mechanical system with the maintenance-free design, the components are running very stable and reliable.

Transmission Division (including controller, does not include box) one year warranty, If failure within one year, the company gave maintenance for free.
