The machine is with the Stripper Station after die cutting according to the analaysis of the advantage and the equipments and the customer opinions. Stable,durable,safe ,humanized design ,easy operation is the main idea for developing the machine ,applying for the European CE safety standard ,making the great innovation for the frame and the whole structure, and the improvement for the safety protection ,therefore the performance of the machine is more stable ,operation is more safe and convenient.
The machine is mainly used for the die-cutting, creasing and cold embossing stripping of the carton box, or label in packaging industry ,Especially for the kinds for the advanced prints ,such as the cigarette case ,wine box,gift box,appliance box,cosmetic box,can be also die-cutting,creasing and cold embossing on this machine, to get the three-dimensional,exquisite beauty of the prints.
It is all automatic from paper feeding to the die-cutting as well as paper delivery, the interface used on the machine will show the working speed and various malfunctions,
which makes the trouble shooting and operation easy and convenient. the function of
advanced counter can note the advanced the stopping air pump, the coding unit. The main motor is controlled by the transducer ,thus achieving step-less speed regulation smooth operation, low noise and energy saving. It also has the feature of big cutting force, high accurancy of registration and high efficiency. The machine is equipped with many sensors and safety ensuring devices which guarantee a long running time and safe running by operators.
