♦ Machine Features
(1) Suitable for dyeing high class hank yarn like Dacron, chenille, high counts mercerized cotton. Mercerized wool, cashmere, cotton yarn and acrylic.
(2) Full filling design, the maximum work temperature is 108℃.
(3) Liquor ratio can be as low as 1:16, circulation frequency increases and make the dyeing effect better, in the meantime, energy can be saved.
(4) Configure frequency conversion control circulation pump of high efficiency and utilize distributor equipment of unique design. It precisely controls the dye in the vat to flow equably and get the best dyeing effect.
(5) The vat body is made from 4mm high erosion resistant stainless plate, and it is durable, the upper and lower parts of the vat are all equipped with heat exchanger to keep the temperature in the vat constant.
♦ Standard structure
(1) The vat body is made from high erosion resistant stainless plate that is 4mm in thickness.
(2) Large H flux axial pump with high efficiency that has mechanical sealing equipment.
(3) Material barrel with material adding, agitating and heating system.
(4) Expanding vat with static pressure pump.
(5) Two sets of yarn-hanging sticks of special design.
(6) Main pump is equipped with frequency conversion control.
(7) Full automatic computer controlled water inlet, water quantity, temperature increasing, warming, cooling, drainage.
(8) The whole machine is equipped with many sets of sate operating equipment.
(9) Safe and convenient sampler.
