Q411-1~40 Normal Temperature Injection type skein dyeing machine
Application:
This machine is suitable for dyeing, refining, bleaching, washing and after-processing the hank shape real silk, rayon, mercerized cotton, nylon and blended yarn.
Technical parameter:
1. Yarn content: net yarn hanging length in the spray tubes is 960mm, 5kg/tube.
2. Spraying tubes qty: 1/2-40 pcs
3. Liquor ratio: 1:15
4. Max. working temperature: 98 degree
5. Heating mode: direct steam heating, indirect steam heating
6. Steam pressure: 0.3Mpa
Product features:
1. Mass flow, bottom head circulating pump.
2. Bulking and dyeing combined into one machine, one machine with multi-functions, shorten the dyeing cycles.
3. Liquid-flow type spraying dyeing yarn tubes can store the dyeing liquor on the top, thus yarn fully absorb the dyes and get leveling property.
4. Yarn floated to reduce the force of friction with tube body.
5. New type spraying tubes, dyeing tubes, translocation tubes combined into one, no winding or knot of hank.
