NJP-800·1000·1200D Fully-automatic Hard Capsule Filling machine
NJP-800-1200D Hard Capsule Filling machine adopts the PLC controlling system with the Human-Machine Interface. When the machine occurs malfunction or is lack of material, it can automatically alarm and stop .The alarm will stop when the malfunctions are eliminated. It has the functions of password setup, Touch Screen Display, automatically setting the parameter, printing data and reset etc. The wearing parts such as ecam and axis are imported.
- The Hard Capsule Filling machine ’s outline is welldone with gorgeous craft. It is easy to operate and to use.
- The stowage seat and measuring plate are integrated together to avoid displacement of measuring plate and stowage rod and to prevent the friction between the stowage rod and measuring plate. This design improves the filling accuracy and extends using life.
- Inferior capsules are rejected automatically .The medicine in the capsule can be recycled and reused to increase economical benefit.
- The machine is easy to dismantle, to clearn and to interchange different moulds. Furthermore, the moulds for Model 800,1000 and 1200 can be interchanged in one same machine to meet different demands for the production capability.
- Dust collector and vacuum pipe and air pipe are installed in the inner machine to avoid the air pipe becoming hard, breaking and leaking etc phenomenon. It is more convenient to clean the platform. Furthermore, it accords with GMP requirement.
- The caps of stowage are made of stainless steel to replace the plastic caps to avoid breaking and leaking. There are little screws and caps on the platform to make the surface neatly and good-look.
