The series filling machine is a kind of full-anticorrosive (PLC) program controlled high-tech filling machine with photoelectric sensing and pneumatic actuating
researched and developed by our company. The machine is specially used for filling strong corrosive liquids and liquids such as cosmetics that can't contact the metal. The parts of the machine that contact the liquids are all made of nonmetal anticorrosive materials. It is designed with submersible filling function, featured by accurate measurement and no bubble and dropping during the filing.

1,The principle of suction back device:
This device is mainly designed for filling machine. When finishing the filling, PLC delivers signal, the back suction device opens the valve, forms negative pressure. This can ensure the liquid on filling nozzle can not drop on the bottle mouth and conveyor.
3 , The non-metal material names of machine body and filling heads and its
anti-oxidation : polypropylene sheetwrapped.
4,The detail description of filling nozzle.
5,Constant level implementation process, level is controlled by two float balls.
6,How to ensure the electromagnetic pneumatic valve on filling heads not to be oxidation? There would be no oxidation on filling heads.
7,How to deal with the foam formed during the liquid filling? The filling pipe is below the level, there is no extra foam.
8,Electric lifter, not pneumatic lifter, it is more stable in performance.
<1> pneumatic type:It is not convenient to adjust the dive depth and lift height, also the air will be compressed, lift is not stable,the filling heads will fall after gas cutting.
<2> electric type:the dive depth and lift height can be adjust on the touch screen. The lift is stable, there is no possibility to fall after gas cutting. The speed can be adjusted. Also can do multi-level action and speed.
