General information:
This type of clamp has been designed for providing an extra protection to the conductor. The armour rods where the clamp is installed on avoid the damages produced by compression, fretting and corona discharge on the conductor/strands. The clamp has got an inner neoprene insert to minimise stresses on the point of clamping. The Armour Grip Suspension Clamp has a damping effect which improves the behaviour of the cable against the vibration caused by the wind
Suspension Set for ADSS Cable, is intended to connect ADSS on straight-line pole. With no concentrated stress and avoiding a bend stress, the helical rod clamp may play a role to protect cable and assist reducing vibration
Product Characteristic:
1.Stress can be distributed equally among the ADSS cable surface without stress centralization to increase the intensity of cable installation teminal and product ADSS cable.
2.It has higher supporting capability of dynamic stress.The double layer structure has better protection to the operating cable that has imbalanced load for long time.Its grip power can reach 10-20% of the pulling resisting intensity of the optical cable.
3.The greater interface with the optical cable and the gentle rubber clamp piece reduce the wearing out and improve self-damping.
4.The surface and the smooth shaped of end improve the discharging voltage and reduce the loss of electric power.
5.The superior aluminum alloy material has higher comprehensive mechanical performence and cauterization resisting capability,and extends the lifetime usage.
