Mining head sheave
Head sheave is mounted on the derrick, for supporting the dragging between hoist roller and hoist containers, guide wire rope steering. Rope groove with plastic lining or rubber block, increasing the service life of wire rope.
Working Principles
1) The wheel of vertical shaft head sheave and sinking sheave is only for rotary motion.
2) Vertical shaft head sheave is mainly used for lifting of vertical shaft and inclined shaft.
3) Sinking sheave is used when cutting disc and stable suspension hanging rope.
4) The wheel of swimming sheave is not only for rotation motion but also for shaft moving, mainly used for lifting of string car.
