Product introduction of beer bottle capper capper YG-6:
Beer bottle capper YG-6 is the automatic capping and sealing equipment for glass bottled beer, juice, wine and other liquid with crown caps. Beer bottle capper is an ideal equipment for small factory. Bottle caps are loaded in the sorting machine. It will arrange caps automatically and then caps are dropped down alone the track. When glass bottles are rotated to the capping position by star-wheel and belt conveyor, the machine will automatically seal bottles.
The features of beer bottle capper:
The capping molds and star-wheels can be changed according to the bottle size.
Crown capper can be automatically delete caps which are damaged or upside down.
There is a cap leading device to make the caps right in the capping mold. There is the capping mold installed in the capping head. The capping mold will not damage the caps.
