Product introduction of twist off capping machine:
The automatic glass jar capper twist off capping machine is directly mounted on a stainless steel table. Automatic cap feeding & positioning on top of the glass jars throught cap hopper. Stainless steel made. Its operating, its simplicity itself and the easy changing from one size to another makes it particularly desirable capper for: Small/medium size canneries Short runs Delicatessen products canned in many different glass sizes, like Market tests for company start ups Community canneries Schools Laboratories.
The advantages of twist off capping machine:
1. It is equipped with frequency converter, steam spray exhausting and mechanical sealing device for complete function and high automation. It is used to vacuum sealing for sorts of three or four screw cap of seasoning, vegetable, bean curd, juice and jam etc.
2. Has one clamping jaw avoiding jar moving while capping. Perfect for glass jars arriving with oil or other sauce sticked to the glass wall.
3. Adjustable to any glass jar / cap diameter, shape & size.
4. Can be used for capping square shaped jars
