Automatic glass bottle rinser
Production introduction of glass bottle rinser:
The auto glass bottle rinser machine is used for washing new glass bottle before fill beverage. The washing water is clean and sterile water. The glass bottle rinser is auto rotary type, first the glass bottle rinser turn over the glass bottle to let bottle stand upside down, then spray the clean water into glass bottle. It is most advanced and suitable device to rinse the glass bottles. It can become a complete auto-product line, if it works with filler and sealer together.
The features of automatic glass bottle rinser:
1. Please note the bottle clamp, the bottle clamp was used for glass bottle specifically. This kind of bottle clamp can protect the glass bottle. So the auto glass bottle rinsing machine does not break the glass bottle when washing.
2. The rotary type glass bottle rinser was absorbed in high technology from aboard, by adopting gyration method on rinsing device, it can automatically complete working process from bottle entry, bottle rinsing, water removing to sanitized bottle out.
