Product introduction of used glass bottle cleaning machine:
The used glass bottle cleaning machine is suitable for cleaning used glass bottle like beer, drink, wine, sauce, vinegar, milk etc glass bottle.
The principle of glass bottle cleaning machine:
Soaking bottles in the high temperature alkali water and using powerful auxiliary brush to scrub. Then the high-pressure recoil technology can help bottles to drain. The equipment according to process needs to be done by three-machine combination. The whole process is automatic.
Specific cleaning machine process:
First, recycling bottles was carried into the soak machine automatically. Bottles would stay in the high temperature alkali water about 10 minutes. This process helps to despite label paper and the precipitation dirt of the bottle. Then bottles would enter the outer brush machine automatically. Both of the inside and the outside of bottles would be washed out by brush twice. Finally, bottles would enter the liquid filling machine by conveyor automatically.
