Summarize
This machine,HPT308 transfer machine, can make transfer printing for sublimated or printing ink multicolour pattern and words onto cotton,flax and chemical fiber textile; Also can be used for the heat treatment for flocked purography and froth printing and so on, it is not only economic but also practical.
Product characteristics
With electronic pointer thermostatic controller, the accuracy is higher (±2°C)
Integrating the heater and heater plate, it is safer and more serviceable with even heating surface.
Adopt TEFLON as antiseize clad layer for heating pad
Electric time control and signal indicator after process complete.
The pressure can be adjusted at any value.
Fix high temperature resistant froth silica gel, can bear maximum 350 °C without any distortion.

Operation
1,Plug in, then open up the mains switch of computer, at the same time, the power light is off.
2,Hold the handle heating plate and push right.
3,Turn the thermostat to the temperature needed(In general, it is 120°C-200°C)
4,Turn the timer to the value needed.(In general, it is about 5 to 20 s)
5,Put the cloth onto ironing board smoothly, and fold the transfer paper, then pull the heating plate to original position, press the handle down until reach terminal.
6,When the time is over, the buzzer alarms, pull the handle back.
7,If the transfer paper is cold-ripping, use blackboard wiper to rub against the whole transfer paper, wait about 5-10s, then rip off the transfer paper.
If the transfer paper is hot-ripping, you should rip off the transfer paper immediately.
The transferring efficiency shall be influenced by the set of time,temperature and pressure and the thickness of cloth, paper kinds.

Maintenance
1,Pressure: if the pressure is not enough, loosen the locking screw, then rotate the look nut, after regulation, screw up the locking nut.
2,Time: when the time is over, the buzzer does not work or out of order, check the contact of the sensitive switch at the tail of machine. If it is not proper, adjust it to proper position.
3,Temperature: if the machine has been started for several minutes, there is no heating from heating plate, check the circuit.
4,This machine adopts eccentric bearing, the pressure is not allowed to be adjusted too large, in case cause damage to bearing.
