Description
Model C64K top open wagon is a finalized design approved by Ministry of Railways of China. It is suitable for running on the gauge of 1435mm railways for transportation of bulk or packaged goods such as coal, ore, building materials, machinery, timber, container etc. This wagon is manufactured not only suitable for manual loading/unloading, but also suitable for the dumper, as well as the requirement of de-freezing silo. The wagon is made in compliance with the requirement of technical specifications and key processes approved by MR by utilizing the material verified by the same. The wagon body is of all steel-welded structure. Excepting the welding structure of center sills being of Chinese 09V standard high strength low alloy steel, the welding structures of its other main sections and plates are all made of Chinese 09CuPTiRe high strength low alloy steel resistant to atmospheric corrosion. All steel profiles and plates of the wagon are preserved by means of shot blasting to get rid of the rust.
