Features of the Machine
****The total length of the machine is 12m. So the workshop should be enough to hold the machine.
****There should no risk area. Working electric power can made on customer demand.
***The raw material used for producing the tape is the mixture of HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE.
***Different from the flat dripper type drip irrigation tape making machine, the outlet is one-time shaping by the shaping wheel during production.
***One whole set machine is equipped with one shaping mold. And the machine can produce with different diameter (12mm, 16mm, 20mm), same dripping distance drip tape.
*** If want to produce different dripping distance drip tape or flow rate, then just install another shaping mold on the machine. This is to say, one machine can produce different size drip tape with different shaping mold.
1. The raw material first go through the automatic material feeder & drying system. The temperature can be set depends on the specific circumstances.
2. Single screw bolt extruder adopts frequency conversion control, it works more stable and saves energy consumption. The heating system of extruder of the extruder and extrusion mold adopt temperature control module.
3. The diameter of tape is controlled by automatic diameter gauge. If there is some default, it will alarming automatic.
4. The extruded tape shaped through the shaping wheel. It is our patent labyrinth design of the shaping wheel. The labyrinth flow passage is much wider, and the water flow rate is stable and the multi water entrance can prevent the tape from clogging greatly.
5. Double-station winder/ three station winder coiler adopts moment electric machinery. When coiling the tape, it can overcome the tension emerged effectively. Also the winder is equipped with meter-counting device, when reaches setted meter, it will alarming and then the roll.
