Main Features:
1. Automatic calibration: system can automatically realize the accuracy of the calibration value
2. Automatic stop: After the sample broken, the moving beam automatic stop.
3. Automatic display: Real-time display two kinds curves: spring testing force and height, test force and deformation
4. One point or multi-point test: can preset standard values, upper and lower deviation, automatically determine whether spring qualified, lower or higher than the standard value of the standard value;
5. Measurements can be segmented, and can be calculated each segment stiffness (elastic coefficient) K, and the average stiffness;
6. Automatic return: beam automatic return to initial position when testing finished.
7. Breakage judgment: sample after fracture,beam automatic stop moving
8. Limiting protection: Program control and Mechanical limiting protection.
9. Overload protection: When more than 3 ~ 5% of the rated load device automatically stop working
