Shackles are recognized as simple and reliable standard components for chain and rope assemblies. By replacing the standard shackle with a load measuring shackle, the load in the line can easily be monitored. This is particularly useful in marine moorings and many other applications.
In a load measuring shackle the original pin is replaced with a load measuring pin, which has exceptional abilities under water in comparison to any other type of load cell. It is unaffected by the outside water pressure, but remains sensitive in the intended load measuring direction.
Our load measuring shackles are made using Green Pin bows as standard(‘D'or ‘Bow'). If necessary other bows can be specially selected or forged to achieve specific shape and size requirements. They are supplied with a fully calibration certificate.
Various options of cables, connectors and internal amplifier are also available to tailor a shackle for a special application. YAHENG also supply a range of associated instrumentation.

2) How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. We will provide you sample for free (value under USD15), as long as you afford the express freight.
3) How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charges(if there is) and send us confirmed drawings, the sample will be ready for delivery in 3-7 working days. The samples will be sent to you via DHL, FedEx,UPS,TNT or EMS. It should arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you don't have any account.
4) What about the leading time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity. Normally, 15 days to 20 days after your deposit if no tooling needed.
